  • Prepping apartment unit(s), amenities, and exterior for filming

  • Staging interior spaces (furniture, decor, lighting, cleanliness)

  • Providing access instructions (key codes, fobs, golf carts, etc.)

  • Supplying pets or specialty models, if applicable

Step 3: Production Day

Production Day That Moves Efficiently — And Looks Effortless on Camera

This is where the story comes to life. Our photo/video team arrives on-site with your approved models, a detailed shot list, and everything needed to capture high-quality content across your space.
